about
Chyrowski Studio was established in 1982 by the Master Craftsman K. Chyrowski in Wroclaw. Now the second generation continues the family tradition in gilding and gilding restoration service worldwide.
Jan Chyrowski gilder & restorer Master Craftsman. Started in 1987 as an apprentice in his father's studio. In 1997 diplomaed as a Master of Gilding Craft.
Accredited Member of BAFRA (The British Antique Furniture Restorers' Association).
Member of The Guild of Master Craftsmen and The Society of Gilders.

Dorota Chyrowska gilder & restorer, graduated with MA in Protection of Monuments, specialising in conservation (Torun, Poland); for over 20 years worked both for the heritage institution and for private sector; joined the Studio in 2018 to work on restoration of gilded objects; a member of ICON (The Institute of Conservation). ​
​
Chyrowski Studio offers a superior service to selected antique and art dealers, art galleries, museums and private collectors worldwide.
